We want you to love your Teddy Swims gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
